HOW DOES THIS SHOP RUN?
New drops are posted either monthly or bi-monthly, with a focus on 2-4 different shows and around 4-6 designs per drop. When designs are dropped, a one week pre-order time slot is given where you are able to purchase from the website. After pre-orders close, a 1 week production time is allowed before orders are shipped with a shipment confirmation email sent out. All other products are limited stock items will be stated as so and will be removed once sold out with a low chance of restock.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
When purchasing any item in our shop, you will be given the option for either tracked or untracked shipping. As of November 16, 2020, shipping prices are as followed:
We currently ship national CAD orders through Canada Post and international USD orders through USPS. For Canadian orders, allow 7-10 days for delivery and 10-15 days for USA orders. Reminder: When you decide to choose untracked shipping, you will assume all responsibility for it once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages once it is out of our hands and with postal services, and thus unable to offer any refund. If you need to change your information before it ships, please do so ASAP so the discrepancy can be resolved. If the order is returned back to us, we will contact you again to let you know it has been shipped. However, in the case that there is an issue, you can email or shoot us a message and we can try to help to the best we can!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada and US at this moment. However, we are planning to start shipping overseas once shipping restrictions due to COVID-19 go down and our shop starts to grow.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All orders are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items, particularly jewelry due to hygienic issues. That being said, please double check your shipping address and product before completing payment. Lost/damaged items are not insured and therefore, we are not responsible and will not honor a refund. However, shoot us a message either through the site's Contact form or a DM on Instagram and we will try to accommodate your needs. Happy shopping!

SPECIAL PRODUCT: MY TATTOOS DON'T FEEL LIKE REGULAR TEMPORARY TATTOOS.
Unfortunately, for custom tattoos, the quality will be different compared to the regular temporary tattoos you have probably put on in the past. These custom tattoos are not of the same material as your traditional temporary tattoos. Due to the inability to manufacture those for small orders and businesses, these tattoos have more of a plasticky feel, as compared to a sticky one.
